Louisiana Law Review honors Volume 75 with annual Banquet

Louisiana Law Review members, faculty, and family gathered on March 20 at Juban’s for the annual Law Review banquet to celebrate the accomplishments of Volume 75. The Honorable Judge Susie Morgan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the distinguished guest of the Louisiana Law Review, shared stories from her time on the bench with the audience.

Members of the Editorial Board and Senior Associates received certificates to commemorate their time with the Law Review. In addition, Junior Associates were honored for their contributions to the Law Review. In particular, Lucas Self received the Vinson & Elkins Award for the best student Casenote or Comment; Mahogane Reed received the W. Lee Hargrave Award for providing the most outstanding service to the Law Review as a Junior Associate; and Taylor Crousillac and Jacques Mestayer received the Henri Capitant Association Award for writing the best papers on a civil or comparative law topic.
